Canon BioMedical is pleased to announce our latest geographic expansion into the German-speaking countries of Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. We are working with a new distributor, BIOZOL Diagnostica Vertrieb GmbH, that will distribute all of the Novallele products in these countries, including the recently released Novallele copy number assays.
“We are excited to complete our third geographic expansion this year,” says Akiko Tanaka, President and CEO of Canon BioMedical. “We look forward to working with BIOZOL, an established and knowledgeable distributor, and are thrilled that the Novallele assays are now available in ten countries.”
The Novallele copy number assays and Novallele genotyping assays detect single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), small and large indels, and copy number variations. Canon BioMedical makes DNA analysis straightforward by providing functionally verified assays and the necessary reagents. In addition, each Novallele genotyping assay has a corresponding Novallele Control Set that is particularly useful for experiments without an available reference sample. Wild-type, heterozygous-mutant, and homozygous-mutant variant controls make determining genetic variations easy. The assays use high-speed chemistry that allows a single sample to be genotyped in under an hour.
The Novallele genotyping assays, reagents, and controls as well as the Novallele copy number assays and master mix are now available for purchase in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland through BIOZOL at www.biozol.de. Our customers in the United States should continue to visit www.canon-biomedical.com for ordering and purchasing information.
